You reserve the above right to return the Product you have purchased, without having to state the reasons, under the following terms and conditions:

(a) You have the right to withdraw from the sale, within a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from the date of delivery of the Product.

(b) Withdrawal is without reason, and you must return the Product in the exact same condition you received it. In particular, the returned Product must not be used, it should be in excellent condition “as new”, exactly as before the sale, – in its complete original packaging (box, nylon, foam, etc.), not having tears or alterations – and with all the contents of the original packaging. In order to accept a return of the Product, the original proof of purchase (retail receipt, invoice) must be presented by the person who originally purchased the Product and whose details are shown on the proof of purchase.

(c) The return of the Product is accepted only if you have previously paid any amount that may have been charged by the Company for sending the Product to you, and the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Exchanges

In case the Product arrived to you broken or with defects, contact us via mail or on Instagram. Send us photos of the product’s defects and then, if we conclude that the problem did indeed occur during shipping, we replace it with free shipping.
