Can we send you a photo to create a custom drawing?
No custom designs are made.
Can a print be made available in other dimensions than those listed?
No. Some of the prints, however, come in different sizes. Availability in dimensions is indicated on the corresponding prints.
Can any changes or additions be made to existing designs that are for sale?
There is no possibility of any change or addition to the available designs.
Can I place my order and send it as a gift to a different recipient name than the one on the deposit?
It is possible to send a gift. You can also write a short text in the comments of the order so that it is sent together with the product and a card for free.
Are the frames in the photos of each design available for sale? Is this the frame that comes with the print?
No. Photo frames are a decoration proposal. They are not available. Those coming with the prints are only in the colour of the wood (you can see them by clicking on the framed option)
In how many days will I receive my order?
Orders usually reach you in one to 7 working days by Geniki Tachidromiki.
The product arrived to me broken or defective. What can I do to replace it?
Contact us via mail or on Instagram. Send a photo of the product defects, and then, provided that we determine that the problem actually occurred in transit, we replace it for you with free shipping.
I want to pay cash on delivery but it doesn’t give me the option. Why is this happening?
If in the past you placed an order with cash on delivery and did not receive it, the system automatically stops providing you with the option of this payment method.
