You retain the right to return the Products you have purchased from the Company’s website, within fourteen (14) days of their receipt, in accordance with article 3e of Law 2251/1994 (as amended by K.Y.A. Z1 -891/2013.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase along with an IBAN account.
You can send the products at your own expense to the address you will find on the envelope or return it to our store during opening hours.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the IBAN provided to us, within a certain amount of days.
